Refund Policy

At SOLEIA, all arrangements are made fresh to order using seasonal blooms.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.


Change of Mind

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for change of mind once an order has been confirmed.


Consumer Guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund if there is a major issue, including where the product:

  • is significantly different from the description
  • arrives damaged or in poor condition
  • is not delivered as agreed

Minor Issues

For minor issues, we may offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion.


Claims Process

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We may require:

  • photographic evidence
  • the original product to be retained for assessment

Delivery-Related Issues

Once an order has been successfully delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

We are not responsible for issues arising after delivery, including:

  • incorrect handling
  • exposure to heat or weather
  • unattended deliveries

Non-Delivery

If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
