Delivery within Sydney CBD and surrounding areas is complimentary.
For locations beyond this zone (including North Shore across the bridge, Chatswood, Burwood and further suburbs), delivery fees may apply depending on distance.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available for selected designs.
Orders must be placed before 12:00 noon to qualify.

Availability may vary depending on design and flower selection.

Delivery Timing

Deliveries are fulfilled within the day based on our routing schedule.
While we aim for timely delivery, exact time slots cannot be guaranteed.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery,
the order may be left in a safe location where appropriate.

Once delivered, responsibility for the order is transferred to the recipient.
