Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with SOLEIA, you agree to the following terms.


Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed and will be prepared accordingly.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.


Design & Seasonal Variation

All arrangements are handcrafted using fresh seasonal blooms.

While we aim to reflect the overall style, colour palette, and size as shown,
exact replication is not guaranteed. Substitutions may be made where necessary,
while maintaining the intended aesthetic.


Custom Orders

Custom (bespoke) orders are subject to consultation.
Final design, flower selection, and pricing will be confirmed after communication via WeChat or other channels.


Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations require advance notice:

  • Non-rose designs: minimum 48 hours
  • Rose-based designs: minimum 96 hours

Requests made after these timeframes may not be accommodated.


Delivery

Delivery is available across Sydney CBD and nearby areas.
Delivery within Sydney CBD is complimentary.

Same day delivery is available for selected designs when orders are placed before 12:00 PM.

Delivery timing is based on routing schedules and cannot be guaranteed to a specific time.

Once delivery has been completed, responsibility transfers to the recipient.


Recipient Responsibility

If the recipient is unavailable, orders may be left in a safe location where appropriate.

SOLEIA is not responsible for any damage or loss after delivery, including exposure to weather or handling conditions.


Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.


Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SOLEIA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
